Returns - A Return Authorization is required for all returns
Online Sales Central (appears on your credit card as the Company Store) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, simply return the item. Product purchases from OptimumStore.com are eligible for return privilege within 14 days of receipt date, in the original manufacturer's carton with packaging, including all accessories, parts, cables, manuals, literature and paperwork, with the exception of Pioneer Plasma, JVC TV's and all LG products. Please contact the manufacturer to receive a no charge warranty service at the 800 # or the Web site listed in your owner's manual.
Note: All sales of Terek HDTV indoor antenna kits are final. This item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please e-mail Online Sales Central customer service to request a Return Authorization for any product other than Pioneer Plasma, LG or JVC TV's.
Defective Return
After obtaining a Return Authorization Number, please repack and return the defective item as received in its original manufacturer's carton with packaging, in like-new condition, containing all accessories, parts, cables, manuals, literature and paperwork.
Any units missing accessories/parts/cables/manuals/literature will be subject to our inspection and will be assessed a charge for items not returned.
Damaged Return
Please have damaged item(s) ready for carrier inspection.
- For United Parcel Service (UPS), item will be inspected and picked up within five to seven business days. Please ask the driver for a receipt and retain for your records.
- For truck shipments, depending on where the item is shipped, please allow one to 10 business days for inspection and pickup. Please ask the driver for a receipt and retain for your records.
Online Sales Central accepts all defective and carrier damaged returns for full credit, including freight charges, except there will be an assessment for any missing accessories, parts, cables, manuals, literature and paperwork.
If you are returning the item for any other reason, credit will be issued less freight charges.
Credits to your credit card will be applied upon receiving and our inspection of the item but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Please note that credit will be issued by the Company Store.
