Online Sales Central ships primarily products via UPS & Common Carrier in the New York/New Jersey area.
UPS
Shipping charges for UPS are based on weight and/or dimensional weight. Generally the rule of thumb is televisions up to 37'' can be shipped UPS. Please note that 32'', 37'' and 42'' and larger televisions generally require additional packaging to comply with UPS's ISTA packaging requirements. The manufacturer's factory seal must be broken to insert this additional packaging. UPS deliveries will arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed.

Residential Home Delivery
Online Sales Central offers the following delivery options for TV’s 27'' and up.
Inside delivery consists of first floor threshhold delivery.
White glove delivery consists of inside delivery, uncrating of unit, disposal of packaging.
Please note: Deliveries to a basement or second-floor bedrooms are considered white glove.
A phone number is required so the carrier can contact the end user for an appointment.
Additional charges will be levied for walk-ups, which would include non-elevator buildings or excessive outdoor steps leading to the front door.
In-home deliveries will arrive within seven to 15 days of placing the order, depending on your location.
Freight Claims
As a reminder, before signing for any delivery, please physically inspect the condition of the freight. Any refusals or shortages should be clearly indicated on the bill of lading. Your signature is representative of the shipment being delivered free and clear.
