License on Line ships primarily products via Fed Ex & Common Carrier in the New York/New Jersey area.
Fed Ex
Shipping charges for Fed Ex are based on weight and/or dimensional weight. Generally the rule of thumb is televisions up to 32'' can be shipped Fed Ex. Please note that TV’s over 32''ship via specialized carrier.

Residential Home Delivery
License on Line offers the following delivery options for TV’s 27'' and up.
Threshold delivery consists of first floor threshold delivery, outside of the delivery address – signature required is typical.
White glove delivery consists of inside delivery, unboxing of unit, powering on to confirm unit is working and disposal of packaging. White glove delivery does not include installation or tuning of any peripheral equipment.
A phone number is required so the carrier can contact the end user for an appointment both threshold and white glove.
Additional charges will be levied for walk-ups, which would include non-elevator buildings or excessive outdoor steps leading to the front door.
Threshold and White Glove deliveries will arrive within 10 to 15 days of placing the order, depending on your location.
Freight Claims
As a reminder, before signing for any delivery, please physically inspect the condition of the freight. Any refusals or shortages should be clearly indicated on the bill of lading. Your signature is representative of the shipment being delivered free and clear.
