OptimumStore.com's preferred partners -- P.C. Richard & Son, Online Sales Central and License Online -- want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All P.C. Richard & Son, Online Sales Central and License Online returns require a return authorization number. Below are instructions for requesting a return authorization number.

All Online Sales Central returns require a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, please e-mail the following information to the Online Sales Central's customer service at customerservice@companystoremail.com:
- Your order number
- Model number of item you'd like to return
- Serial number of item you'd like to return
- Address to which product was shipped
- Reason for return
- E-mail address or fax number to which you should send your return authorization number

All License Online returns require a return authorization number. To request a return authorization number, please e-mail the following information to the License Online's customer service at NAEreturns@synnex.com:
- Your order number
- Model number of item you'd like to return
- Serial number of item you'd like to return

All merchandise other than non-returnable merchandise must meet the following conditions for exchange, store credit or refund:
- Return merchandise to store within 20 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories and manuals.
- Merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt.
- Authorized refunds of payments made by cash, check or debit card are paid by check through our controller's office. Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing.
- Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase.
If any repairs are required, service will be done in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Read P.C. Richard & Son's Return Policy for more details about returns, including which items are not returnable.

ShopTheShows™ guarantees 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that the following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center. There is no additional charge when we ship your exchange items to you.
- Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Items must be in new, resaleable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized items and opened media items (DVD, CD, books).
- If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.
- We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. Because we do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.
- We can only process exchanges for like-quantities. For example, if you return (1) T-shirt, we cannot process an exchange for (2) T-shirts, even if the total merchandise value is the same.
